Your houses, drawn as a street. Your rent, read for you.

Streets reads your letting agents’ statements and certificates, keeps every house up to date, and tells you the things that actually need you.

A sample street of 21 painted houses at night. Callouts above seven of them show what needs the landlord: £1,300 owed at 9 Orchard Close, £35.71 short at 3 Fernhill Ave, a gas certificate due in 11 days at 12 Weavers Row, a lapsed mortgage offer at 14 Weavers Row, a missing gas certificate at 2 Cedar, a gas certificate run out at 16 Sparrow, and a gas date to confirm at 71 Beacon Rd.

Streets reads

  • Letting agents’ statements
  • Gas, EICR and EPC certificates
  • Contractors’ invoices
  • Mortgage offers and rate letters
  • Tenancy agreements
  • Repair emails from your agents or tenants

One statement, start to finish.

You never open the email. Streets does, pulls out the facts and shows you them. Press Save and the house updates.

A statement arrives

Forward it, drop it in, or let Streets watch your mailbox for mail from your agents. Your choice, and you can change it later.

Streets reads it

It finds the house, the rent received, the fees taken, anything it charged you for, and any date that matters. Every fact says which document it came from.

The house updates

The tick appears under the house and the rent grid fills in, once you’ve pressed Save. Undo is there for 20 seconds, and History keeps it for 90 days.

On the streetRent marked paid for October

Everything about the houses, in one place.

Rent. See the money the way an accountant would, without the spreadsheet.

What came in, what the agents took, what the mortgages took, and what was left, by month, by house, and for the year. What’s owed comes straight from your agents’ statements.

One export for the accountant at year end

Compliance. Every certificate for every house, with the file attached.

Gas safety, electrics, EPC and insurance, plus the tenancy agreement, inventory, deposit certificate and right-to-rent check. Streets files what your agents send and warns you well before anything runs out.

Ask the agent to book it, from the same screen

Tenants. Who’s in each house, how to reach them, and what they signed.

Contact details, the fixed term and when it ends, deposit scheme and amount, pets, guarantor. Notes you add, history Streets adds.

Fixed terms flagged 90 days before they end

Finance. What the street is worth, what you owe, and what’s really left.

Purchase price, value, mortgage, rate, fix end date. Streets does the sums: equity, loan to value, yield, and what’s left each month. And it tells you months before a fix ends, not days.

Three ways to get mail in.

Start with a forwarding address. Link your mailbox when you trust it. Nothing is read that you haven’t pointed Streets at.

Forward it Most people start here

You get an address like [email protected]. Forward a statement from your phone, or add a rule so your agents’ mail goes there by itself. Give it to your agents and they can send direct.

Link your mailbox

Microsoft 365 or Outlook, read-only. Gmail is coming; until then, forward it. You pick which senders Streets may read. Disconnect it any time.

Upload it yourself

Drop in the PDF, or a photo of a letter. No mail access at all. Good for the odd document, and for loading years of certificates on day one.

Built to be trusted with other people’s details.

Your tenants didn’t sign up to Streets. So it keeps as little as it can, where you can see it, and you can take it all away.

Read-only, by sender

Streets can’t send, move or delete mail. A linked mailbox: Streets collects only mail from senders you tick, from the last three months. Your forwarding address: whatever is sent to it. Either way, Streets keeps those emails’ words and attachments in your account so you can check what was read.

Stored in London

Your account, records and files are stored in London, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each landlord’s houses are walled off from everyone else’s by the database itself. Some jobs use other companies: Claude (Anthropic, US) reads documents and answers Mason, OpenAI (US) paints house photos, Cloudflare runs the website and passes on forwarded mail, Resend sends sign-in emails.

Every fact has a source

Every figure says where it came from. Streets never changes your records without showing you what it read and asking first, unless you switch on automatic saving of invoices.

Export or delete, any time

Everything Streets holds about your houses, in one file, with a list of your documents. Each document downloads from its house. Delete your account and Streets deletes it 7 days later. You can change your mind until then.

Questions landlords ask.

Does an AI read my documents?

Yes, that’s how the facts get out of a statement. Each document is read by Claude, made by Anthropic, which processes it in the United States. Anthropic’s commercial terms say it may not train its models on your data. If you ask Mason a question, the question and a summary of your houses go to Claude the same way. Streets shows you what it found before anything is saved, unless you’ve switched on automatic saving of invoices from senders you trust. The original file stays with the house so you can check its working. If you ask Streets to paint your house from a photo, the photo goes to OpenAI in the US.

What if it gets something wrong?

Nothing is saved until you’ve seen it, unless you’ve switched on automatic saving of invoices from senders you trust; those wait in the Inbox for you to press “Looks right” before they count in your tax figures. Anything Streets isn’t sure about is left unticked for you to check, and every saved figure says which document it came from.

My agent isn’t listed. Will it work?

Almost certainly. Streets reads the statement itself rather than relying on one agent’s layout. Upload one statement and you’ll see what it found before you decide.

I self-manage. Is Streets for me?

Yes. The certificates, tenants, repairs and finance work the same. Marking rent paid yourself is coming; for now rent comes from statements.

Can my accountant or partner see it?

Not yet: one person signs in to each street for now. You can download the year as a spreadsheet for your accountant from Rent.

Is this a letting agent?

No. Streets doesn’t collect rent, hold deposits or talk to tenants. It sits on top of whatever you already do and keeps the picture straight.
